John Streszoff, President
John Streszoff is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but moved to St. Petersburg, Florida when he was young. After graduating from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Sport Management and Business Administration, John moved to the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. During an internship with the Carolina Hurricanes in the 1999-2000 NHL season, he decided that he wanted to pursue a career in the marketing industry. John was first hired by the Durham Herald-Sun Newspaper as an Advertising Account Executive in the Summer of 2000, but by the Spring of 2002, was recruited by a local Marketing Firm to join the organization as their Director of Client Services, where he managed, budgeted and oversaw all projects from initiation to completion. In January of 2009, John became the Director of Promotions for the Chapel Hill and Durham Magazines before starting his own Marketing Firm in the Spring of 2009, with the Chapel Hill and Durham Magazines as one of his first clients.
In his spare time, John plays goalie for two ice hockey teams in Raleigh, loves trips to the beach, enjoys taking his dog, Zoey, on hiking trips, and is a self-taught guitar player of over 10 years.
When asked what John finds most fulfilling about his career, he stated, “I absolutely love showing my clients a new design, whether it be for a brochure, postcard, website, and seeing that excited look on their face and hearing them say that they never thought their marketing collateral could look so amazing! And, of course, I’m also thrilled to hear the success stories from my clients that are attributed to the successful marketing projects we complete.”
